Update:
I was finally able to enter my credentials into flickr successfully and I was able to post from the site and via email.

I'm able to reproduce this problem, and have reported the issue to our operations team, and am also attempting to get in contact with appropriate people at Flickr so we can identify the cause of this problem.

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

Before I opened the ticket I made sure I was able to log out and back in several times. I still can, but the password still doesn't work from Flickr.
